CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI O R D E R 06.01.2017
JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has remained pending in the regular cause list since 28.9.2016. It was taken up for hearing on 28.11.2016, 05.12.2016 and 03.1.2017. However, none has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The position remains same even today. None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2/ Northern Railways states that perhaps none is appearing for the petitioner for the reason that the contract between it and the respondent No.2 for displaying advertisements at the subject sites, had expired in the year 2006 itself.

3. Be that as it may, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and in default, along with pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J JANUARY 06, 2017 ap
