Only prayer sought by the petitioner is to expedite the trial. Record reveals that the above referred cases are listed before the learned Trial Court since long and no material progress has been made so far. In the interest of justice, the Trial Court can be requested to expedite the trial of the above referred cases at the earliest preferably within one year. In view of the above observations, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
