JUSTICE S.P.GARG Cr/.It'i C.-! 912017 & (onnecleci mailers Page 2 of[3] ORDER % 09.01.2017 Present petitions have been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to seek directions to the learned Trial court to expedite the trial in C.C.Nos.203/1/2012, 204/1/2012, 206/1/2012, 207/1/2012, 209/1/2012, 205/1/2012, and 208/1 /20 12 I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have examined the file. Only prayer sought by the petitioner is to expedite the trial. Record reveals that the above referred cases are listed before the learned Trial Court since long and no material progress has been made so far. In the interest of justice, the Trial Court can be requested to expedite the trial of the above referred cases at the earliest preferably within one year. In view of the above observations, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
