2017:DHC:228 Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3.
Ms. Akshita Manocha, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4.
They pray for and are permitted to their counter affidavits on or before
17th January, 2017. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed on or before 19th January, 2017.
To avoid any ambiguity, it is directed that the parents shall fill the forms in the prescribed format and the criteria mentioned therein by the respective schools. The format of the form shall also contain the criteria mentioned in the impugned Notification dated 07th January, 2017 regarding neighbourhood.
It is clarified that the scrutiny of the forms is subject to further orders to be passed in the present writ petition.
