He states that he has no objection to the present application being allowed.
Consequently, present impleadment application is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
Let an amended memo of parties be filed within a period of two days.

Mr. Khagesh B. Jha, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of newly impleaded respondent-Justice for All.
They pray for and are permitted to file their counter affidavits on or before
17th January, 2017. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed on or before 19th January, 2017.
To avoid any ambiguity, it is directed that the parents shall fill the forms in the prescribed format and the criteria mentioned therein by the respective schools.
The format of the form shall also contain the criteria mentioned in the impugned
Notification dated 07th January, 2017 regarding neighbourhood.
It is clarified that the scrutiny of the forms is subject to further orders to be passed in the present writ petition.
