27.01.2017 In these two petitions identical prayers have been made that the appeals filed by the petitioners be considered by the Appellate Committee within one week and to deliver the copy of the order of the concerned
Appellate Committee forthwith as the cut offdate for grant ofrecognition for the academic session 2017-18 is 3'"'' March,2017. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the appeals of the petitioners shall Ee considered in fhe meeting of the Appellate
Committeeto be held on 14""February,2017.
She states that even though her instructions are that the order shall be
'uploaded within one week from the date of the decision, she states the
2017:DHC:9003 r respondent shallmake endeavour to.upload the same within three days,i.e., on or before 17^^ February, 2017. Her both the statements are taken on record. -
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the writ petitions they are accordingly,disposed of.
