1. The respondent appears in person and hands over his driving license as proof of his identify, a copy whereof has been signed by him and placed on the record. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of alongwith the pending application in terms of the consent order passed on 01.12.2016 in a batch of appeals preferred by the appellant/NrDMC, lead matter being RFA 786/2016, while leaving the parties to bear their own expenses.
