07.02.2017 Counsel for the petitioners submits that as the sites in question where thepetitioners were vending, which are as under: -
(i) ..Near Shop No. 101, Near NDMC Toilet, in front of Sunder Juice
Shop, SarojiniNagar Market, New Delhi.
(ii) In front of Shop No. 65, Near Toilet, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi.
(iii) Near Shop No; 96, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi.
He submits that the vending sites were sealed, which led to the filing of thepresent writ petitions. Counsel submits that the said sites have been de-sealed and as oftoday, he does not wish to press these petitions.
The petitions are disposed ofaccordingly being not pressed.
