ORDER

1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.391/2016 registered under Sections 380/448/34 IPC at PS Saket. Status report is on record. BAIL APPLN.964/2016& connected matter page[1] of[2] 2017:DHC:8438

2. By an order dated 11.05.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then.

3. By an order dated 25.11.2016, with the consent of the parties the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. Settlement has been aiTived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 17.01.2017. The complainant has no objection to the grant ofbail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event ofarrest,they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40,000/- with, one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however,join the investigation as and when required.
