ORDER

1. The petitioner has preferred the present transfer petitions under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of CC Nos.51311/16, 51460/16, 54448/16, 51449/16 (Earlier No.829/13), 51310/2016 and 51449/16 (Earlier No.826/13), filed by respondent No.2 under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act to the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket, where trial inFIRNo.485/2014 is pending.

2. The petitioner had filed nine transfer petitions. Three ofthem were listed before the Bench of HMJ Vipin Sanghi. By an order dated 09.01.2017 State case vide FIR No.485/2014 has been ordered to be transferred to the Court where complaint cases are pending.

3. Learned counsel for the parties urged to pass similar order in the present petitions.

4. I have gone through the order of the Co-ordinate Bench ofthis Court dated 09.01.2017. Since these transfer petitions are connected with three transfer petitions disposed of bythis Court vide order dated 09.01.2017, with the consent of parties, the complaint cases referred above shall be dealt with by the Court in terms ofthe said order.
