The Consultants have inspected fte site and have indicated that the piao has been constructed as per the proposal which had been submitted by the Gurudwara Committee except fora slight deviation in the design ofthe scnJmg counterwhichdoes not affect the pedestrian movemern. .
In view of the foregoing, no further directions, are necessary in the writ petitions. Hereafter,the earlierorders restrictingtheuse ofthepwo standvacated., Consequently, there is alsono need forany specialpolice force for bemgdeployed
