JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has obtained instructions from his clients to the effect that he does not wish to press the present appeal.
2. The court has enquired from learned counsel that even if the appellants do not propose to press the present appeal, a limited notice can be issued to the respondent for granting a reasonable time to the appellants to vacate the suit premises.
3. Learned counsel for the appellants responds by stating that his instructions are simply to withdraw the present appeal.
