JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Farman Ali, learned SPC for all the respondents, on instructions, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and to take a decision thereon. He assures that the decision would be taken on or before 17 July 2025.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and to pass a reasoned and speaking order on or before 17 July 2025.

3. In case the order passed is adverse to the petitioner, its W.P.(C) 8876/2025 operation shall remain stayed for a period of one week in order to enable the petitioner, if he so chooses, to seek legal remedies.

4. The decision on the representation would be communicated to the petitioner as soon as it is taken.

5. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

6. Let a copy of this order be given dasti to learned Counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
