JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the appellant states that he has obtained instructions from his client to the effect that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. He requests that as the appeal is being withdrawn at the stage of admission itself, the Court may direct refund of the court fees affixed on the appeal, which is to the tune of Rs.43,500/-.
2. In view of the fact that the appeal is being withdrawn by the appellant at the stage of admission itself, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate in favour of the appellant for refund of the court fees to the extent of Rs.40,000/-.
3. The appeal is disposed of, along with the pending applications.
