JUDGMENT
1. Mr. A. Maitri, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the present application by reserving the right of his client to file a petition before the Division Bench for being heard along with Writ Petition No. 1291/2017 entitled “We, the Citizens through Secretary vs. Union of India & Ors.”.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. It shall be open for the petitioner to institute a fresh petition before the Division Bench for raising the grievances raised in the present petition.
