JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Sanat Kumar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner states, on instructions, that in view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Northern Coalfields Ltd. vs. Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. reported as (2016) 8 SCC 685, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving its right to seek its remedies of adjudication of the dispute with the respondents, as may be available to it in law.
