JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioners states that he has obtained instructions from his clients to the effect that the respondent/Bank has sanctioned the One Time Settlement proposal made by the petitioners. He assures the Court that the petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions of the One Time Settlement sanctioned by the respondent/Bank.
