JUDGMENT
1. The matter was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the appellant and the caveator. It is 3.42 PM now. Still none is present on behalf of the appellant. The position was the same even on the last date of hearing, when none had appeared for the appellant or the respondent/caveator.
