Learned APP for the State on instructions from the investigating officer submits that the charge-sheet will be filed within two weeks so that thepetitioners are aware ofthe Court whether they need to surrender as they were first arrested and were granted interim bail and their application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
On the charge-sheet being filed by the investigating officer within 15 days, notice of filing of charge-sheet will be given to the three petitioners who would then surrender before the Court and seek regular bail. The present applications seeking anticipatory bail are notmaintainable.
Petitions are dismissed.
