JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Rishabh Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner withdraws this petition as he candidly acknowledges that the issue in controversy is simultaneously being pursued before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
2. Leave and liberty is granted as sought for.
3. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
4. We also note that Mr. Abhishek Saket, learned SPCG for the W.P.(C) 8307/2025 Union of India submits that he was present during the hearing on 11 June 2025. Accordingly, his appearance shall stand noted in the order passed on the said date.
