The petitioner has impugned the order dated 17.09.2014, inter alia, on the ground that the petitioner was not given an opportunity of
2017:DHC:1463 W.P.(C) Nos. 4739 /2015 representing the case. Learned counsel for the respondent, under instructions, submits that respondent is willing to grant fresh opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and then pass an order afresh.
In view of the above, the order dated 17.09.2014 is set aside.
The respondents are directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and then pass a reasoned speaking order.
It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits and contentions of either party.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
The next date of 18.05.2017 is cancelled.
