JUDGMENT

1. The petitionersseek anticipatory bailunder Section438 Cr.P.C. BAILAPPLN.2688/2016& connected matters page1of[2] 2017:DHC:8382 in case FIR No.616/2016 registered under Sections 420/34 IPG atPS Hari Nagar.Status report is on record.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the father ofthe complainant(Mr.Jayant Kumar)and have examined the file. By an order dated 03.01.2017, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then.

3. Vide order dated 03.01.2017, the petitioners were directed to paytllacsto the complainant withoutprejudice and subjectto future adjustment (if any). Complainant s father informed that in compliance ofthe said order the amountof?7lacs has been received. He has no objection to the confirmation ofthe bail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail andinthe eventofarrest,they be released on furnishing personal bond inthe sum of? 50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer.They shall,however,join the investigation as and when required.
