JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Farman Ali, learned SPC for the respondents submits that the petitioner has, as a special case and without its being intended to be treated as a precedent, been permitted to remain in Delhi for a period of one year with effect from 2 May 2025.

2. In that view, reserving his rights and liberties to re-agitate his cause after that period if it survives, the petitioner does not press this petition for the present.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
