JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for the respondents points out that the representation dated 20 February 2025 submitted by the petitioner stands disposed of by decision dated 23 June 2025 passed on behalf of the Director General Border Roads. The decision has been communicated to Mr. Chhibber, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Chhibber, in the circumstances, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid decision in accordance with law reserving all his rights in that regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as sought aforesaid.
