15.03.2017 On 15'^ December, 2016, this Court had noted that though the principal amounts had been paid, the interest amounts had neither been calculated norpaid to thepetitioners.
Today, learned counsel for the respondents have handed over photocopies ofthe sanction orders dated 14"^ March, 2017. The same
\ are taken on record. According to the said sanction orders, while
Rs.47,939/- is due and payable to Sh.R.B.Pathak, a sum of
2017:DHC:8512

Rs.30,447/-is due and payable to Sh.S.A.Khan.
Learned counsel for the respondents assure and undertake to this Court that the aforekid payments shall be made to the petitioners within a period of four weeks.
In view ofthe aforesaid statements, which are accepted by this
Court, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present petition any further. Consequently, the present contempt petitions are disposed ofas satisfied.
