JUDGMENT

1. At the outset, counsel for the respondent/Bank states that the Bank is in the process of withdrawing the impugned notice to show cause dated 06.03.2017, whereunder the petitioner has been called upon to appear personally or through an authorised representative before the Committee of Wilful Defaulters on 21.03.2017. He states that thereafter a fresh notice to show cause shall be issued to the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. In view of the fact that the respondent/Bank proposes to withdraw the impugned notice to show cause dated 06.03.2017 and cancel the meeting scheduled for 21.03.2017, with liberty to issue fresh notice to show cause in 2017:DHC:1589 W.P.(C) 2464/2017 accordance with law, no further orders are required to be passed on the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
