JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Pushkarna, learned counsel for the respondent states that the same issues are raised in the present petition as are pending before the Division Bench in WP(C)No.1291/2017 entitled ‘We the Citizens, through its Secretary vs. UOI & Ors.’, which is listed on 8.3.2017. He states that it would be appropriate if the petitioner is directed to approach the Division Bench for agitating his grievance as raised in the present petition.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, while granting leave to the petitioner to file a fresh petition raising the grievance as raised in the present petition, for being placed before the Division Bench for consideration, along with WP(C)No.1291/2017.
