JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the present appeal, RFA 354/2016 filed by the respondent/NrDMC was disposed of along with connected appeals by a consent order dated 1.12.2016 passed in the lead matter relating to NrDMC being RFA 786/2016. He therefore states that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal, which may be disposed of.
