JUDGMENT
MANMOHAN, J:
1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 9th May, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 10463/2015.
2. Since the aforesaid order has already been recalled by this Court on 10th January, 2017, the present contempt petition and pending application have become infructuous and they accordingly stand disposed of. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 15, 2017
