ORDER
1. The above referred petitions(CRL.M.C. 212/2017, CRL.M.C. 2318/2016 & CRL.M.C. 3992/2016) have been preferred by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.159/2013 registered under Sections 406/409/120B IPC at PS Economic Offences Wing. Status report is on record. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondentNo.2 vide compromise deed dated 15.02.2016.
2. Complainant/ respondent No.2 is present with her counsel and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. She has informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.
3. It is further informed that Crl.M.C.1555/2016 was filed by Manish Radheshyam Malani for quashing of the instant FIR No.159/2013 and by an order dated 05.09.2016 ofCo-ordinate Bench the said FIR was quashed againstthe petitioner therein. CRL.M.C.212/2017<6 connected matters page2of[3] m'
4. The petitioners' case is to be dealt with on the same footings. The petitions are supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of compromise deed dated 15.02.2016 has been placed on record. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.159/2013 registered under Sections 406/409/120B IPG at PS Economic Offences Wing and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners.
5. The petitioners are directed to deposit^ 20,000/- each petition as costs in the Prime Minister ReliefFund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.
