ORDER

1. These appeals are disposed of with the consent order that appellants will vacate the suit property on or before 30.4.2020. Appellants will ensure that all electricity and water charges, with respect to any connections in the premises are cleared before the appellants vacate the suit property. Each ofthe appellants will clear charges for use and occupation at Rs.lOOO/- per month with respect to the suit premises, and which charges will be payable from the month offiling ofthe suit and till date and will be continued to be paid month by month every month till the appellants remain in possession of the suit property. Arrears be cleared by the appellants positively within a period ofsix monthsfrom today,and which shall be done intwo instalments,firstpayable within three monthsfrom today's order.

2. Appellants will file undertakings in this Court in terms ofthe present order within a period oftwo weeks and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the terms ofthe same appellants willnot RSA 340/2016 page2of[3] be evicted till 30.4.2020.

3. The appeals alongwith pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
