1. Thepetitioner seeks the following prayers: "1. Issue writ of mandamus or order or ^ direction to the respondent to impose restriction/Ban on those leader who have lost their election in Loksabha or Vidhan Sabha election to again contest in the Election of Rajyasabhaforfive years.
2. Pass such order/Direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. The petitioner contends that he has been compelled to come to this court for the reason that he had made a representation dated 22"'' May, 2^^ July, 2014 and 11^*^ March, 2015 to the Election Commission ofIndia; 2"^* July, 2014 to the Ministry of Law and Justice; 4'*^ October, 2016 again to the Election Commission of India but did not get any satisfactory answer. In view ofthe above, this writ petition is disposed ofwith the direction that the representations of the petitioner be considered and disposed of within a period of two months from today and decision taken thereon be informed to the petitioner.
