JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner has assailed the order dated 11.4.2017 passed by the DRT-I, Delhi in the present proceedings without approaching the DRAT by preferring an appeal.
2. The present petition has been listed subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability.
3. Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of his client to file an appeal before the DRAT, as per law.
