JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner, having suffered imprisonment in case FIR No. 256/2010 of PS Vikas Puri for the offence under Section 363/364A/302/201/120B/34 IPC upon conviction seeks mandamus to the respondent to consider his case for grant of premature release. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has already suffered incarceration for more than 14 years.

2. Learned ASC accepts notice and assures that the case of the petitioner shall be placed before the next meeting of the Sentence Review Board, if he is eligible. Date: 2025.07.09 17:57:20 +05'30' W.P.(CRL) 2078/2025 pages

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is satisfied with this assurance of the learned ASC.
