JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the petitioners states on instructions that he does not wish to press the present petitions as AAIFR and BIFR stand dissolved and all proceedings before the said fora stand abated with effect from 01.12.2016, the date on which the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act, 2003 was given effect to, in terms of the Gazette Notification No.2794 dated 28.11.2016. He, however, reserves the right of the petitioners to approach the National Company Law Tribunal for appropriate relief, in accordance with law.
