1. The counsel for Pradeep Kumar Khanna and the counsel for Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited EX.P.No.150/2016&EX.P.No.I64/2016 page}of[2] 2017:DHC:9110 state thatin pursuance to orderdated 27"March,2017,beforethe worthy retainedinthisCourtintermsofdecreedated 17'"July,2015and all balance amountbereleasedtoKarmyogiHotelsandBuildconPrivateLimited.
2. Itis ordered accordingly.
3. The Pay Order be handed over to the counsel for Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited.
4. Thesum ofRs.3,46,69,078/- be keptin a maximum interest bearing account.
5. With the aforesaid, the execution petitions stand satisfied and are disposed of.
6. The counsel for Pradeep Kumar Khanna states that since Pradeep Kumar Khanna and Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited have been able to amicably resolve the aforesaid issue, to avoid any further litigation about the amount lying deposited in this Court,Pradeep Kumar Khanna and Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited be referred to pre-litigation mediation.
