JUDGMENT
1. Ms. Palli, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner No.1 and Ms. Purti Marwaha, counsel for the petitioner No.2 state on instructions that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving 2017:DHC:2230-DB WP(C) 11921/2016 the right of the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before a forum vested with jurisdiction to entertain the grievance raised in the present petition.
