ANIL R. DAVE, J.

1. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two appeals which have been filed by the petitioner, being CCI/568/1988 and CCI/569/1988, are pending before the First Cooperative Court at Mumbai.

2. We direct the said Court to dispose of the aforesaid appeals within four months from the date of intimation of this order to it.

3. Till the appeals are decided, ad-interim relief granted by this Court shall continue.

4. In view of the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
