1. On his attention being drawn to the fact that the present appeal would not lie under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act read with Order XLIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Mr. Dinesh Vashishth, learned Counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw this appeal in order to avail remedies which may be available to him in law.
