JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner seeks award for participation in anti insurgency activity.

2. Issue notice to show cause as to why rule nisi be not issued.

3. Mr. Ayush Tanwar appearing for Mr. Amit Tiwari, CGSC accepts notice and submits, on instructions, that the respondents are willing to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a detailed and speaking order within a period of six weeks from today. W.P.(C) 9588/2025

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the suggestion.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a detailed and speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today.
