1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 28.02.2025 to submit that the matter has been pending since the year 2016 and the Petitioner has repeatedly requested for adjournments.

3. It is stated therein that on the last date as well, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner and a final opportunity was granted to the Petitioner to address arguments on payment of costs of Rs. 10,000/- to the Respondent.

4. The Petitioner is not present today as well.

5. The report of the Registry is that proof of costs has not been placed on record.
