KURIAN, J.

1. The issue in these appeals pertains to the fixation of land value.

2. The issue involved in these appeals is covered by the Judgment of the High Court in RFA No. 41 of 1997 – Smt. Parkash Rani Vs. State of Haryana decided on 29.10.2009. The High court has fixed the land value at Rs. 250/- per square yard and that has been confirmed by the Supreme Court in C.A. Nos. 10286-10290 of 2010 Kanti Parkash Bhall (D) through Lrs. & Others Vs. State of Haryana. The High Court has granted the same rate to the appellants herein.
