JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, withdraws these contempt petitions as well as stay applications CM Appl. 39862/2025, CM Appl. 39863/2025 and CM Appl. 39876/2025 in WP(C) 16840/2022, WP(C) 17687/2022 and WP(C) 16853/2022 respectively. However, he prays that the petitioners may be granted some time to rejoin their parent cadres.

2. On hearing Mr. Chhibber and Ms. Rudy, learned Counsel for the respondents, as a matter of indulgence, the petitioners are granted two weeks time to report to the repatriated parent cadres and three weeks time to vacate the premises in their occupation, if any.

3. These contempt petitions as also CM Appl. 39862/2025, CM Appl. 39863/2025 and CM Appl. 39876/2025 in WP(C) 16840/2022, WP(C) 17687/2022 and WP(C) 16853/2022 are dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
