MILITARY DAIRY FARM, JABALPUR Appellant(s)
VERSUS
DHAN PRASAD YADAV Respondent(s)
JUDGMENT
KURIAN, J.

1. The appellant has challenged the order passed by the High Court in the Review Petition seeking review of the order dated 24.09.2004 in L.P.A.No. 668 of

2004.

2. It is seen from the impugned order that the Bench has considered the contentions in detail and has come to the conclusion that there was no error in the judgment warranting interference. It has also been held that subsequent events cannot be the ground for review.

3. We see no error in the approach made by the High Court in the impugned order passed in exercise of its Page 2 limited review jurisdiction. Thus, there is no merit in these appeals and they are, accordingly, dismissed. No costs ........................ J. [ KURIAN JOSEPH ] ....................... J.
