1. Leave granted.

2. The appellants before this Court are aggrieved by the Judgment dated 14.09.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Second Appeal No. 772 of 2013.

3. The dispute relates to partition in the family. It is heartening to note that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have entered a compromise and the Deed of compromise duly signed by the parties has been filed on 22nd April, 2016. - 2 -
