JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal as OMP (I) 12/2025 is listed before the learned Single Judge for hearing on 24 July 2025.
2. Needless to say, should either party continue to remain aggrieved by the decision of the learned Single Judge, liberty to seek remedies available in law would stand reserved. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. At request of Mr. Nayar, learned Senior Counsel, the appellant would be at liberty to request the learned Single Judge to take up the matter on the date fixed or seek any earlier date.
