JUDGMENT
(ORAL)

1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 359 /2024 of PS Prem Nagar under Section 109(1)/351(3) BNS. The ground on which interim bail is sought is illness of father of the accused/applicant.

2. The alleged illness of father of the accused/applicant, as reflected from medical documents is apparently a urinary infection for which he took treatment from a general physician Dr. Rajini and that too till 02.06.2015 only.

3. The allegations against the accused/applicant are serious. According to the prosecution, the CCTV captured the incident in which the accused/applicant was found holding a pistol and the victim of the gunshot injury was also seen.

4. Keeping in mind the above circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to grant even interim bail on the ground of alleged illness of father of the accused/applicant. For, the alleged illness is not any serious ailment, but just a urine infection and even treatment for the same was taken from a general physician, that too till 02.06.2025 only.

5. The interim bail application is dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for being conveyed to the accused/applicant.
