2. Leave granted.

3. The parties approached this Court with certain grievance regarding partition of their property. On being referred to mediation to resolve the dispute amicably, the parties have arrived at a settlement before Ms. Sudha Gupta, learned mediator, appointed by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, and they have duly signed a Deed of Settlement dated 10th August,

2016. The said Deed of Settlement is taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement, referred to above. The same shall form part of the decree.

5. In view of the above­stated settlement, A.S.No.2257 of 2003 on the file of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana Page 2 and the State of Andhra Pradesh has been rendered infructuous. The same is hence disposed of.

6. Copy of this order be communicated to the Registry of the High Court.
