KURIAN, J.

1. Leave granted.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in SLP

(C) No. 29600-29602 OF 2012 arising out of the common impugned Judgment dated 01.05.2012, we hold that the appellants shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand) per acre over and above the compensation awarded by the High Court.

3. Needless to say, the appellants shall be entitled to the statutory benefits, except for the period covered by delay.
