JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition along with all its annexures as a representation and to pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon, qua the reliefs sought in this petition within a period of four weeks from today.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

3. The decision as and when taken would be communicated W.P.(C) 9859/2025 forthwith to the petitioner who, if he continues to remain aggrieved, would be entitled to seek remedies as per law.
