JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the Armed Forces Tribunal[1] as the claim of the petitioner is for pro-rata pension which is amenable to jurisdiction of the Tribunal.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
